- THE LAW ON PENALTY settlement has changed ( the plea agreement should be used to reduce processing time, so in exchange for a discounted minimum penalty .... MUST NOT guarantee the accused immunity)
- REQUIRE THE APPLICATION OF THE JUDICIARY maximum sentence
- I APPLICABLE LAW AND INTERPRET THE COURTS TO THE MAXIMUM AGGRAVATING
- Lawmakers approve an amendment to the existing law which provides, in case of a positive to 'Alcohol testing by the police, ill SEIZURE OF THE VEHICLE for a year, to 'STOP FOR A PARTICULAR short period (one or two weeks, as already happens in England and France), the fine of 3500 €. (Unless they are stopped at checkpoints, would be free to drive drunk or drugged)
If they were our friends or our family or our boys / girls, our (if any) that children ... Justice would ask?
